well-being

Mrs Vogel, PSHE Lead, is undertaking the task of accrediting our school with an award to recognise the many things we do at Bentley CE Primary School to promote well-being amongst the staff, children, governors and wider community. Over the next year or so, she is going to be gathering evidence and creating impactful changes within our curriculum and day to day running of school.

We will be holding a well-being day later in the year, the NSPCC will be in for their bi-annual assemblies, drug awareness workshops are being held in May and these will all run alongside our weekly PSHE lessons and many other ongoing well-being focuses.

The Well-Being Award is going to allow us to shout proudly from the roof tops that we all recognise and understand the importance of well-being and mental health in our school and wider community.

If you would like to be involved with the work that will go into this award or find out any further information, please do not hesitate to catch Mrs Vogel at the end of the day or send her an email.
