Morning update
Miss Wiggins, Mrs Krempel and Miss Kirby all report how impressed they are with the Year 5 class.
They have represented our school brilliantly with a good attitude to trying new adventurous activities, by supporting one another and being very smiley! There were no tears at bedtime and Miss Wiggins said that there has been no homesickness (sorry parents – they don’t miss us!).
The views of the tankers going backwards and forwards to Southampton is AMAZING and everyone woke up to views of the sea which they LOVED. It is a sunny, breezy day down at Calshot and Mr Ibbotson our Chair of Governors is joining the party this morning and very much looking forward to it!
Today’s activities are the ‘Coastline Catastrophe’ geography project and Miss Kirby’s group will be out on the trawler – we look forward to hearing about their adventures later on.
