The week has flown by and they are all looking forward to coming home but have a fun filled final morning of activities to take part in first.

]]> Thu, 30 Jun 2022 13:33:04 GMT https://www.bentleyprimaryschool.co.uk/blog/?pid=27&nid=17&storyid=64 <![CDATA[ Day Three - Cycling, Swinging & Windsurfing ]]> https://www.bentleyprimaryschool.co.uk/blog/?pid=27&nid=17&storyid=63 Whilst Group 1 were busy flexing their vocal cords and muscles, Group 2 and 3 headed back out to the water for a morning of windsurfing. They too had to flex their muscles as the boards are actually quite heavy! All the children had fun practising sitting, lying, paddling and standing on their board before hoisting the sails and letting the wind do all the work. Part of the fun is falling in, but we don’t think anyone fell in on purpose...!

They are taking a little time to wake up this morning but have smelt the sausages cooking (the dining hall is right next-door to our accommodation block!) so showers are speeding up as we head towards our yummy breakfast slot!

They settled into their dorms and got busy!

Two groups enjoyed low ropes and team games. The other group was off on the water sailing.

Everyone has enjoyed their two hearty meals so far - yum, yum.
