Wrapround Childcare & School Transport Survey

Thank you for taking this survey. Your responses will help inform our decisions about the school’s wraparound childcare and school transport going forwards.

Please note the current mini-bus service to Froyle will continue to run.

2. Would you be interested in an earlier start time for Breakfast Club at 7.30am at an additional cost?*
3. Does your child currently use After School Club?*
4. Would you be likely to use an ‘early-bird’ mini-bus service to bring your child to school in the morning? Collection would be between 7.45am and 8.15am and children would go into Breakfast Club before school starts at 8.45am. We anticipate the cost of this being between £6.00 and £7.00 per child (the cost includes the Breakfast Club place as well as the staffing for the bus).*
5. If you have answered ‘Yes – regularly’ to Question 4, please give us an estimate of which days you may use this service? (tick all which apply)
6. Would you be likely to use a mini-bus drop off service to bring your child home after either After-School Club or a School-led Club at 4.15pm? We anticipate the cost of this being between £1.00 and £2.00 per child per day (this does not include the cost of any club they are attending).*

8. Would you be likely to use a mini-bus drop off service to bring your child home after After-School Club, leaving school at 5.30pm? We anticipate the cost of this being between £13.00 and £15.00 per child (this includes the cost of After-School Club with a light tea).*
