For those children not attending before school clubs or Breakfast Club, the school opens at 8:45am. Children accompanied by a parent/carer are welcome to wait in the front playground from 8:35am. All children are expected to be in the classroom promptly by 8:55am.

The gate to Year R and gate to Years 1-4 and Year 5 open at 8:45am and close again at 8:55am. The front entrance is open at 8:45am for children in Year 6 and any parents/carers who need to go to the office. Any children arriving after the gate has closed must come in through the front entrance.

When children arrive in class they will be asked to select their menu choices for the day, vegetarian, non-vegetarian or packed lunch. You can find out about our delicious school meals by clicking here. 

Break time is usually between 10:30am and 11:05am and the Infants and Juniors have separate playtimes. Lunches are served between midday and 1:30pm and the children go into the lunch hall, staggered, in their year groups. The rest of the time will be spent outside (weather permitting).

For those children not attending After School Club or taking part in any of the extracurricular activities, the school day ends at 3;15pm.

Should your child be unwell please call the school office on 01420 525010 by 8:55am. If your child has been vomiting or suffering from diarrhoea, we will require them to be free of any symptoms for 48 hours before they return to school.
